There are beads...


and then there are Krewe Beads !!






















What is it about the images of Mardi Gras that are so fascinating....

The first three samples are by the New Orleans artist Michael Hunt.


There are the usual Louisiana things like alligators and crawfish. Then there are the festive things like the jazz man, the jester and the masked couple. But there are also images like the devil .....



I think I just love the images
and the crazy party they represent.
