Site Design Review - Case Study #2

This study involves the center of an affordable housing development with 88 units.

...what's wrong with the first illustration, that is resolved with the second?

88 units could result in over 150 children - they need and deserve a place to kick a soccer ball, to throw frisbees, etc. By slightly moving components and not providing three trees, a large enough area was provided for games and other outdoor activities close to the community center.
